Drawing Interaction Stress in the Workplace and Some Psychological Variables in Babol University of Medical Sciences

Abstract

Background and Objective: Today, the promotion of mental health in the workplace has been as one of the most important aspects of the development and improvement of human resources in organizations, and in recent decades has attracted many economic institutions, services, education and health care. In fact, it would be significant impacts have in raising the level of productivity and development organizations. This study aimed to investigate and map the internal relations in the workplace stress and some psychological variables in Babol University of Medical Sciences.
Method: This study method was a descriptive- correlation study in 1394 year. The sample consists of officials and experts in human resources of Babol University of medical sciences; the sampling method was objective judgments. The data collected was paired comparisons questionnaire. Data with mathematical methods and techniques of (DEMATEL) were analyzed.
Results: The results of the data study showed, among the variables studied, variables of Organizational justice (CR=0.568), organizational commitment (CR=0.470), and job satisfaction (CR=0.448), have causal significant impact on stress in the workplace to employees. According to experts, occupational stress and OCB have not significant relation.
Conclusion: Based on research findings in Babol University of Medical Sciences, should be noted that the plan to improve the level of stress in medical universities is essential.
