Background & Objective: Chronic pain may last more than one month and also repeats during some months of the year. Considering the fact that nurses have a very significant part in doing medical hygiene services. This study aims to examine the relationship between social support, Hardiness and chronic pain in nurses. Methods: the study is a correlational descriptive one .125 nurses suffering from chronic pain that were working in Bushehr hospital participated in this study .the scales such as social support Fleming, Kubama questionnaire and also Wiliam Pain questionnaire were used which their reliability and validity here already been confirmed . Results: The relationship of physical and emotional pain and commitment control level after 0/01 and opinion about social support and well after a tough challenge at 0/05, is negative and significant. Between psychological hardiness and chronic pain-negative and significant relationship was found. Conclusion: Perceived social support organization can reduce job stress and job satisfaction will increase as a result. Key words: Social Support, Psycho Resistance, Chronic Pain, Nurses.
