Performance Evaluation of Hospitals Inductee and Non-Inductee Health Evolution Projection by Baldrige Excellence Model in Mazandaran

Abstract

Background and Objective: Because of hospital is the most important part of the health care system in the country, evaluating how to do the process to identify weaknesses and solve the problem is seriously important.
Method: This is a Functional, cross-sectional‚descriptive-analytical study wich was compared inductee and non-inductee health evolution projection hospital examined by using standard check list of Malcolm Baldrige model. The communities in this research are sixty senior managers. Way of sampling is Census method. the were data analyzed with spss software version sixteen
Results: The results showed leadership criteria, focusing on the market and patients, information and analysis, human resources and results regarding the significance level (sig=0.001) is smaller than 0/05 error, there is a difference in hospitals function. best performance in leadership criterion on the public hospital, in focus on market and patients on private hospital .in information and analysis, human resources and the results on social security hospital. As well as in strategic planning, given that significant levels (sig=0.335)greater than 0.05 error-is that there is no difference in performance
Conclusion: Data suggests that the public hospital is just in one measure of leadership has earned the highest rating. This is not a sign of great impact of health Evolution projection on the performance of public hospital. It is recommended that health officials and policymakers to enhance the efficiency of the health reform plan pay more attention
