Introduction. Managed care with a different range of organizational strategies and through the management of patients health, patient`s behavior and health care institutions, help to enhance the quality of services deal. The aim of the present study was to assess pregnancy managed Care process Based on Donabedian Model in gorgan city health centers.
Methods: This descriptive survey study was conducted on 300 women who referred to health centers for taking prenatal care in gorgan city (2016). Sampling method was multi-stage. Data was collected using a questionnaire containing information of care providers and participants and an observation checklist based on Donabedian model (two parts of technical and interpersonal interactions). Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 16, and analyzed descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: The results of the evaluation in 18 health centers showed that centers in terms of the overall performance and register were ideal and practical work was average. Verbal communication skills and general skills were desirable, But non-verbal skills were medium and was weak in Active listening skills, And finally, was not meaningful in terms of protecting private privacy. difference was not meaningful in 3 areas. Conclusion: According to obtained results, For caregivers felt Practical skills and providing interaction between the individual workshops
