The aim of this study is to compare the communication, emotions, well-being and satisfaction among women with Cardiac Arrhythmia and healthy women. The method of this research was ex post facto. The subjects of the study were all female patients suffering from cardiac arrhythmia and their healthy relatives who had referred to Isfahan Shahid Chamran hospital within two months in 2015. Also, by using convenience method, 50 female patients with cardiac arrhythmia and 50 healthy ones were selected as the sample of the study. These women responded to Queendom communication skills questionnaire (2004), Gratz difficulty in regulating emotions (2004), Ryff psychological well-being (1989), and Enrich marital satisfaction (1989) questionnaires. The data were analyzed using Multiple Analysis of Variance (MANCOVA). The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference between communication skills, emotional regulation, psychological well-being and marital satisfaction in cardiac arrhythmia patients and healthy people (p≤0/05). Considering the point that communication, emotions, well-being and satisfaction is lower in patients with cardiac arrhythmia, there is the probability that these factors increase the risk of Predisposing and precipitating of these people to cardiac arrhythmia. So it is necessary for professionals to take into consideration the importance of psycho-social intervention in association with medical interventions.
