Abstract

Working memory and response inhibition, including cognitive capabilities that can be associated with theory of mind. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between response inhibition and working memory at the level of theory of mind is elementary students. Data collection tools in this study consisted of 38 questions form the theory of mind, Morris and colleagues, Stroop Test and the Wechsler memory test. The collected data correlation and linear regression to examine the hypothesis for this study were analyzed. The results showed a significant positive relationship between executive functions response inhibition, working memory with the development of theory of mind there. As well as response inhibition and working memory's ability to predict the level of theory of mind. The results showed that the positive relationship between theory of mind and lack of response by memory span is active.
