Abstract

Background &Objective:The purpose of the present study has been Investigation of effectiveness of life skills training on quality of relationship in disabled young people hospitalized in welfare centers.
 Methods: The study design has been Quasi-experimental with pre and post-test with control group. Statistical population has been comprised of all disabled people hospitalized in Arak Charitable comprehensive rehabilitation center. 30 people were selected and assigned in two groups randomly. The quality Of Relationship inventories (QRI) were used to gather information and spss V16 were used for statistical analyses.
Results: The results revealed that there are significant differences between experimental and control groups in terms of social support, depth of relationships and interpersonal conflicts and life skills training for Physical-motor disabled  people Leading to increase the quality of relationships.
Conclusion: Overall, the results of the present study suggest that life skills training are effective in the quality of relationship among disabled people and should be one part of the planning in welfare centers.
