Abstract

Background and Objective: Given the importance of students' mental health and the necessity of prevention of social harms, performing further research in this area seems essential. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the role of negative emotion regulation and educational enthusiasm in predicting of risky behavior of students.
Methods: statistical population sample consisted of all students in Tehran city who are enrolled in 2014-15 academic year. Sampling method in this study was available sampling. For data collections were used Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, Educational Enthusiasm Scale and Risky Behavior Inventory. Date analyzed using of Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis.
