Background and Objective: Increasing attention to the causes of health disparities in communities, has made of people pay more attentions to social health. Social and medical sciences could also promot understanding of the disease to higher levels. The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between social stratification and physical diseases prevalent in Shahrekord. Methods:The research performed by correlation descriptive survey and as sectional on people who are having cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, blood pressure, diabetes and cancer diseases, referred to Hajar hospital during Khordad in 1392. The sample of research included 381 patients who were hospitalizing at Hajar hospital which were selected by simple sampling. tools of data collect on are including questionnaire which made by researcher for measuring reliability of questionnaire, and it used for measuring validity of a primary study, In this primary study (Alpha coefficient) was having high reliability. Results: The findings of this research indicate that there is a significant relationship between social stratification and prevalent physical illnesses and most people who are infected have been belong to the middle class and the largest number of patients has suffered from heart disease. Conclusion: Regarding spread of physical diseases among different economic social groups some proceedings need to be done.
