A Comparison of Strategies for Tacking Pain Used by the Introvert and Extrovert Addicted People

Background and Objective: The objective of the current research is to compare the strategies of Tackling pain in introvert and extrovert addicted people.
Methods: The method of research is of causation-comparing and the population of research includes all people addicted to opium who are treated by doctor mazdarani medical center of addiction abandonment in sari. Sample includes 15 introvert persons and 15 extrovert ones in abandonment. And two questions: 1. Ways of coping with pain Rosenstile and Keef and 2. Introverted personality test and extraversion were Ayzeng. To analyze the obtained data, of MANOVA parametric test has been used.
Results: The results shows, that there significant differences between the means of ache  by introvert and extrovert  addicts at the level of  0/05 (p =  0/05)
Conclusion: This research proved that the extrovert addicts use more appropriate strategies in comparison with the introvert ones. The strategies of', ignoring pain' and 'talking with self' have more application in extroverts rather than in introverts.
